Privacy notice

The short version

corresmo is in active development, and the platform holds no client business data. This website has no contact forms, no account logins and no advertising or tracking cookies. The only personal data we handle is what you choose to send us — for example, if you email to ask about a demo — together with the standard technical logs that any website generates.

corresmo is a trading name of kharismatics Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (No. 16746826). We are the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us at hello@corresmo.com, or write to us at 45 Fordingley Road, London W9 3HF.

What we collect

• Information you send us. If you email us — including through the email links on this site — we receive your name, your email address, and whatever you choose to include in your message.
• Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information in server logs — such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested — to keep the site secure and running.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

• To respond to you and arrange a demo where you ask for one — our legitimate interest in replying to prospective clients, and taking steps at your request before any contract.
• To keep the website secure and available — our legitimate interest in running a safe, working site.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising. We rely on a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf and on our instructions:

• Our email provider, Microsoft 365.
• Our website host, Netlify.

International transfers

Some of our providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards required by UK data protection law — such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK’s International Data Transfer Agreement.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as we need it — through our discussions and for a reasonable period afterwards — and then delete it. Server logs are retained for a short period by our host for security.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have rights over your personal data, including to access a copy of it, have it corrected or deleted, and restrict or object to how we use it. To exercise any of these, email hello@corresmo.com.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk — though we would appreciate the chance to put things right first.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as corresmo develops, in particular once the platform begins to handle client data. Any changes will appear on this page with a revised date.
