corresmo is preparing for launch — get in touch to see it first
A short-term arrangement, start to finish
Six questions. No accounting.
This is how a licence or other short-term arrangement is built in corresmo. Six tiles, each one a question a property person can answer without help. Open any of them and type whatever you like — nothing is saved and nothing is sent. These tiles are simplified; the real ones ask for more.
The inputs
Answer a tile and its strip turns green. That is the whole discipline of the platform: on an arrangement like this one you are not asked to classify the lease, to decide what is capitalised, or to write a journal — only for things you already know.
Nothing you type here goes anywhere. This page has no form to submit, sends nothing to us and stores nothing on your device. Close the tab and it is gone.
The outputs
In the platform, those six answers produce the four views below: the cash flow, the profit and loss, the cost metrics — and, where a transaction is capitalised, the IFRS 16 balances. Every figure traces back to an input you recognise, and none of it asks you to understand the accounting.
They are not on this page, and that is on purpose.
What you are not being asked
No lease classification. No decision about what is capitalised and what is expensed. No journals. Those are the questions that leave property teams waiting on finance, and corresmo answers them from the six tiles above — under IFRS 16, IAS 36 and IAS 37.
