These terms govern your use of this website. They do not cover the corresmo platform itself, which will be supplied under a separate written agreement.

What this site is, and what it is not

This site describes corresmo and the thinking behind it. Everything published here is for general information.

Nothing on this site is accounting, legal, tax, valuation or investment advice, and nothing here should be relied upon in making a decision. Where we describe the treatment of a lease under IFRS 16, IAS 36 or IAS 37, we are describing what the platform is designed to produce — not advising you on how your own transactions should be reported. Responsibility for financial reporting remains with the reporting entity and its advisors.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a contractual commitment of any kind.

The platform is in development

corresmo has not launched. Descriptions of the platform on this site set out what it is being built to do. Features, wording and timing may change, and we may update or withdraw any part of this site at any time without notice.

Our content

All content on this site — text, images, screenshots, layout and design — belongs to kharismatics Ltd or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright. corresmo is a trade mark of kharismatics Ltd.

You may read this site, and print or share individual pages, for your own information or to discuss corresmo within your organisation. You may not republish our content, present it as your own, or use it commercially without our written permission.

Other people's sites

Where we link to another organisation — for example the certification registry that holds our Cyber Essentials certificates — we do so for your convenience. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content.

Availability and liability

We take care over what we publish, but we cannot promise that this site will always be available, or that everything on it is complete and up to date at the moment you read it.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site, or from reliance on anything published on it.
